Product Image Colors:
Our products come in a wide variety of colors, frequently with
subtle shade differences. While we attempt to display each
products "as is" we want you to know why there may be slight
differences. Manufacturers will occasionally discontinue a
particular color, but our image of that style may still be in the
old color. Please be guided by the color choices you'll find
with each item.
1. Different computers
have different video cards and settings for the computer's
resolution. What this means is that an image that comes up
beautifully on your computer with its 32-bit video card may look
different to a person who has their settings to view 256 colors
only, and the reverse can certainly be true as well.
2. Different computers
have different browser versions and different
settings in the browsers
themselves. Just as every person is an
individual and has individual
tastes, the browsers that they
use may have different
settings.
3. The Internet
itself, will not render every possible color. There are
efforts underway to standardize web colors and methods of display.
You can be sure that when such systems are available we will include
the technology for your convenience.

How much will
my shipping charges be?

Orders totaling under $100 will include a $6 shipping fee.
When given a choice of shipping methods, simply choose "Ground
Shipping". Note: Ground shipping is
inherently slow. Be sure to give yourself a good margin so

How can I get my
order faster?
Free Ground Shipping is
great, but often takes 7-12 business days or more. If you need
your order sooner, we suggest 3 day select. This will shorten
delivery time by as much as 5-7 days. Our realistic estimate
as to total delivery time is:
7-12 business M-F days for FREE shipping.
4-6 business M-F for 3 day select.
RETURNS:
How do I return an Order?
Your order must be
returned unused, in new condition. You may simply return the
item in original condition to Galleria Luggage, 2644 Billingsly Rd.
Columbus, Ohio 43235.
You may call 1 877 422 4243 if you have any questions or need
additional instructions.
We will gladly
exchange or refund as you choose. You will be responsible for
return shipping charges. If you received your order under our
Free Shipping program you will be credited for the cost of your
order LESS our actual shipping charges to get the order to you.
